In spite of the fact that we make best efforts to fulfill all the placed orders, we may not be able to process some requests and may need to cancel it. The reason behind cancellations by our end includes, however, not limited to product unavailability, product inaccuracies or errors, pricing and stock data, or issues recognized by our department of credit and fraud avoidance.

In the event that you’re all, or if the split order is cancelled, Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you. If you have already made the payment for your order that got cancelled later, we will refund the same amount to your account in 7 working days.

If you have booked a product or has made an order from our website, you can cancel an order if it is not dispatched. It would be ideal if you contact our Customer Care in the event that you need to cancel an order. After receiving a notice of cancellation, we will cancel the order and refund the total amount if the order was not processed by us within 7 days. We, of course, will not be able to abandon the orders that we have just processed or transported. This can sometimes happen an hour after sending the request to buy a product.
