fund and Returning Policy

Regarding Refunding of Amount:-

We offer a 100% money back guaranty. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge and gift-wrapping where appropriate). Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 15 days from the date of Delivery. When returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods. We do not refund users for postage expense of the returning the goods.

Regarding Replacement of Product:-

In a few cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.

Cancellation due to quality of service

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with our service then you can cancel the contract within the first 25 days from the Commencement (initiation of project) date, and we will refund the unused amount of your fees in full for Prepaid plans, and refund any Milestone (for fixed price projects) that was paid for but not delivered yet.

For example, if you have paid for a prepaid hourly plan of 100 hours per month, and you wish to cancel after 7 days after the start of contract where 20 hours were utilized on your project, we will refund the 80 hours that were not used.

Non-returnable products:
All products cannot be returned. Some of the products that cannot be returned are: 
1.      Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually.
2.      Any other product depending upon the Return Policy in force.
            If You are unable to inform  of the receipt of a damaged or defective product or the product is not as per specifications of Your order or the package delivered is missing one or more products or accessories as per the returns policy and procedure, shall not be obliged to accept the returned product or be liable in this regard. In the event such product is sent to Seller, the product will be returned to the Customer and the same needs to be accepted from Seller or assigned logistics service provider. seller will not be responsible if the product is not accepted and no refund will be issued.
